Alexander Kulizhsky

 
Alexander is a managing partner and a founder of the consulting company «Key Solutions ».
 
Certificated management Consultant (CMC) in accordance with the Amsterdam Standard of the International Council of Management Consulting Institutes (ICMCI)
 
Management and Organizational Development Practicing Consultant, leading instructor of the company «Key Solutions ». The author of numerous publications in Belarusian and Russian business press.
 
Founder of seminar on development and implementation of the operational management in the company, a project-manager of investment projects, an author of marketing and business strategies of trading and industrial companies, a teacher at school for management consultants of the Academy of the National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation, member of Boards of Directors in several client companies. He actively participates in conferences and master-classes, organized by professional community.
 
Alexander has experience in the field of business-consultation of the Belarusian, Russian, Ukrainian companies since 1993. Teaching experience since 1991.

For me:
 
Consulting- is my mission, my profession, my way of life (I don’t have other hobby). Consulting for me is to help the client to construct important and convenient systems by means of self-reflection and systems which will allow to avoid bad situations and find good ones.
 
Achievement — is getting my plans implemented, realization of my dreams. Level of achievement — is a numerator in the formula of happiness, where a denominator — is a level of claims.
 
Possibility — is courage to get over the impossibility. A crane which is better, than a tomtit.
 
“Drive”- is what overcomes routine and boredom, ability to do the same in different ways and with enthusiasm, to see the same from different points of view.
